In today’s world, a lot of us struggle to develop communication skills. I will give some tips on how to develop your communications skills and present your idea so efficiently.

In the current situation, the most important thing is having good communication.

What is communication?
Communication is an art
Communication is how smartly you convey your idea.

Most people get 80% of the results by doing 20% of the work. Because they have good communications skills. The first thing I want to clarify to you is that, so many of us have an illusion in our mind is speaking English or respective country language fluently is a communication. Sorry to say that speaking fluent English (respective country language) is not a communication.

1. English is a language
2. Communication is a skill

There are two different things here.

Communication is not how fluently you speak languages. It is how smartly you present your idea to the people. You may be good at English speaking but you might be a pathetic communicator. The message you are trying to convey you may not be able to do properly. Communication is an art that can be learnt and developed, English is a language that can be learnt. There is a mistake most people make when they learn words from the dictionary and insert them wherever is possible just to impress someone. This is not a good way to develop your communication. I will suggest you develop your communication in your own mother tongue, make eye contact, body language, and voice tonality, and be proactive. English is not required to develop these things, side by side if you wanted to improve your English maintain a journal note of difficult words. I train your brain on multiple fronts, increasing your reading.

Are you reading at the moment?
Are you writing at the moment?
Do you read & write on a daily basis, not in the class/not in the notebook, do you write something? If you are not reading/writing, are you watching other communicators? Are you listening to audio? The brain has multiple ways to receive information using all of them. Communication is an art like a muscle it can be developed. There is a famous proverb “Communication works for those who work at it”. If you work at communication, you will get better. If you are working on the art of conveying your ide you will be a master in communication.
